Southern Sweden Questions

Question asked in : Southern Sweden - 5 years ago

A freind and me will go to southern Sweden in summer for about a week and we'd like to stay in a really small village and rent a room somewhere on a farm or something. We'd like to get in touch with locals and speak swedish there. Does anybody have an advice where to go? We're searching for something really uncommon.

Visby, Sweden on the Island of Gotland is small and extremely charming. I don't know how uncommon it is, but there is lots of history, the town is beautiful (one of the most intact medieval walls around the town) and I'm sure there are other little communities on the island as well that would be out of the way
