You can't camp in OK without visiting the Witchita Mountains National Wildlife Refuge. You wouldn't pass up the opportunity to see Buffalo roaming the prairie, would you? Let's not forget Mt. Scott, the biggest hill in the state.

If you like camping with a cabin: Beaver's Bend or Robber's Cave would be my first choices. (Of course, you don't have to stay in a cabin.)
And some of my favorite places to visit (many with camping): the Chickasaw National Recreation Area, Alabaster Caverns, Boiling Springs, Roman Nose, Quachita National Forest, and Talimena.
(Each one with just a name is the State Park).

I couldn't find any amazing spots when I was thinking of visiting last year. But Chickisaw seemed to offer lots of camping and hiking options, with some cool mineral springs too. Black Mesa and Foss Stat Parks were two that looekd interesting...bison and deer roam around Foss.
