There are express buses normaly cheaper than the train still need a local to find where are the bus station, if the trip is long they have double beds where you put your luggage under the bus and take anything small with you, notice must take out your choose if not you will get hit, scream or i mean politetly remember to take it off :) but if hassle train is the best option most expensive ones have 4 beeds with a door next one has 6 beds no doors and so on , ,,,, long story its up to you china has a good transportation system...
