Louga has a nice womens education center that you could volunteer at. Otherwise, hot, dry, and isolated.

Hey, I've been to Toubacouta, but I don't know whether this is in the Louga region. Have a nice trip!

louga.. not far from st.louis. hot, and very very dry. nice people.. not to far from the sea..
