Love the Indian restaurant in Pub Street, Samsara. Molly Malone's not too bad, but it's expensive. You have GOT to try out the Butterfly Garden Restaurant! It's so gorgeous.

If you're adventurous- street stales or the old market-- best place for cheap eats that are authentic-- it's were the locals eat too for posh- Red Piano-- nice place, good food and drinks, but pricier especially since all the Tombraider/ Angelina Jolie fans will be there

I usually went to Pub street. Touristy place but the food was pretty good in most places. You can eat with 5 dollars, the restaurants there are amazing value! Khmer kitchen, le tigre de papier... and much more. There are also nice food stalls and barbecues in that area, where you can eat for 1 dollar! Try the Khmer curry an the classic amok.

though maybe slightly more pricy (3 dollars for at meal) you should still try Soup Dragon. The food is also great. though you should probably avoid the fruit salad (a dessert). it's not bad. it's just very tiny. But I've had great experiences with Lok Lak!

Siemreab has many good restaurants. market/street stalls give you good food with crazy prices that go between $1 and $4 only ! Higher end recommendable khmer restaurants are Cambodian BBQ and Angkor Palm. Try the Fish Amok served in banana leaves. It's a kind of fish curry, khmer style. Delicious !

Try the Dead Fish Tower. It's a guesthouse, bar, restaurant. Food is fantastic and they have amazing live entertainment in the forms of live bands/singers and dancers whilst you are eating. Great atmosphere.
