Go to the Jungfrau region. Take a train to Interlaken and then take another one to Grindelwald. Awesome mountains, like the famous Eiger, or the Shreckhorn (007).

Go to Arosa by train (early in the mornig) if you like you can walk to the top or go there by cablecar (the name of the cablecar is "Hörnli-Express") then you can fallow the yellow hiking-sings to Lenzerheide. It's a wonderfull walk! If you like to go to the rothorn top it will take ca. 3.5 hours. Middle-Station of the cablecar rothorn in lenzerheide ca.3 hours and Lenzerheide busstation ca. 4 hours. From the middlestation you have the possibility to take a scooter for dooing the downhill. Wunderfull i swear=)

Don't miss Soglio and the Bergell, or the Engadin where you should go from Scuol to the Lischana-Hütte , sleep there and the next day, climb the mountain (easy, but u need someone who knows where to go. i did it with 12 years of age) and go down around the mountain, through the galleries to alp uina, it's unice.
and of course in the valley of poschiavo are some great hiking tours

Mt. Säntis is offering lots of hiking/climbing-paths and mountain huts where you can eat and sleep in dormitorys or rooms.
From mid-Autumn: forget the alps and go to the Jura mountains (great for hiking longer distances) or the Mendrisiotto region.

I think the mountains around Grimentz are great. There are a lot of sleeping facilities on the mountains, it can get roughly cold though. When you go in summer you can still stand in the snow with your feet. The lakes are awesome, they have this icy blue sight, it doesn't look like water at all, it's very special. Enjoy!

Thanks for everyone.
I went to Mount Rigi, you go by train to Luzern, by boat over the lake and then by cable car to the mountain itself. You can hike around then.
I really recomend this!
If you are lazy, old or sick, you can still enjoy since there is train that goes directly to the top!

The Piora region in Ticino!! Great scenery, many alpine lakes, many different ways to hike, also the chance to move to the Lukmanier region (it's also worth visiting) or the Gotthard massive (e.g. Furka glacier with its ice cave). Good cheese, wonderful fauna and flora... I really like it!!

Jungfrau Mountain - the top of Europe - is amazing. You travel by train. It's home to the highest post office in the world. And, you can get your passport stamped there to say "the top of Europe." There's also skiing, sledding, husky rides, and an ice palace. Bring your lunch though - food there is extremely expensive.
