Any suggestions for cheap car hire? Or camping gear hire? Need to rent a car and camping gear for a one night camping trip in Rotorua.

I found that Juicy did a good deal on a rent-a-bomb and threw in some free ski passes.

Hi! In 2009 i had accommodation in Auckland: Backpackers hostel Choice Plaza http://www.hostelnz.co.nz/ You can ask them about rent a car too (it was toyota lucida...). Very budget prices.
