I recommend Ft. Desoto Park (Pinellas County), Bahia Honda State Park (in the Florida Keys), and Myakka State Park.

Little Talbot Island is a great location. It is near Mayport and you take a ferry to get there.
I camped there many times and always enjoyed it.
Good journeys!

There is a state park in the panhandle area near Port St. Joe. This is the most beautiful park I have been to in Florida. The area is Cape San Blas, but I don't remember the name of the park exactly. You should definitely check it out.
