Check out Adventurewithaltitude.com -its my friends business. I have treked with him 3 times and he really takes great care of his clients and gives you a terrific experience. His name is Dawa Chiri Sherpa and he is married to my friend Kay.

Take your time! Don't eat any meat after Namche. Also make sure your hiking boots are well broken in before you leave - it's tough enough without having sore feet too! Enjoy.

Take your time, pack warm clothing, but don't camp. Stay with the Sherpas and you'll have the experience of a lifetime.

Its really only worth going in the peak trekking seasons (Apr - May or Sept-Nov). Give yourself time to acclimatise...and give yourself a good 3+ weeks so you can take the route via Gokyo lakes...awesome! Best advice; do it!
