I would say no based upon my experience trying to purchase a Keisei Skyliner and Tokyo Metro pass combination at Narita Airport. I could use a credit card to purchase the regular fare Skyliner pass but the special deals were cash only. You should bring some cash as a backup if you don't get a definite yes answer.

Yea...u r right! I have come back from Osaka and the answer is no. It cannot be purchased using credit card. I bought a 3-day pass at 5000YEN at the travel information counter. This card can be used in non-consecutive day (I only know about it during the last day of my trip :~). Some tips: 1. Get some study before flying to Kansai. 2. Plan your route ahead if you really want saving in trip. i.e. if you plan for sightseeing temple and shrines in Kyoto, better buy one-day buss pass as it is better connected 3. Use your Kansai card on the day when you want to cross city to places like Arima, Kurama, Kobe, nara and then come back to Osaka.
