I am in casablanca now. I can suggest you to visit the Great Mosque and le Boulevard de la Corniche. They are the two best attractions to see!

well casa is a great place if you are leaving or arriving by plane (i can tell you places to stay if you're interested). otherwise tgere is not much going on, at least to my opinion. regards, martina

Will be on a cruise and will be stopping in Recife, Natal, and Salvador in Brazil, Cape Verde Islands (Porto Grande), Canary Islands (Lanzarote), and Casablanca, Morocco. Am interested in knowing which places it is possible to visit by walking and without a guide. If a guide is better, do you know of any who are good. We would rather not go with the cruise tours.

Whats the cheapest way out of the Casablanca Morocco airport (CMN) and into the city. I think a Taxi would be the most costly.

Im trying to find some cheap/very cheap accommodation for Casablanca, Morocco, in febr. I was told its off season and i should be able to find beds under 10 EUR/night, but most of them dont have websites and apparently the only youth hostel there has cockroaches, no hot water and a very creepy owner. some other people say I could go in the main square and ask around at the guesthouses (is this called a Riad?) but as a single woman I would prefer to have something already arranged before i reach the place. Thanks a lot for your advice!
