Gabriel... I will be honest with you. If your going Jamaica only do Montego Bay or Nigril do not go Kingston. Do not stay in a hostel. I recommend a nice hotel but be overly careful. I highly recommend Barbados. safe beautiful awesome people and value for money. I can recommend some nice places to stay if your interested.

hi, i was in jamaica at least 15 times, I'm a photgrapher...Forget about staying in cheap hostels, it's NOT safe, if you go there, don't go alone, it's not safe at all, don't carry expensive watch, jewelery, camera etc...I was in Montego bay and Ocho Rios...It's same in both places i been...Not sure abput Kingston, never been there...P.S.Locals will try to rip you off for everything(cab, food accomodation), so, go to any better hotel(international), pay more and don't waorry...Take care over there!

i don't have sure where i will go, someone have a tip of cities to know ? my first option was visit kingston, but i don't know after this.. I have 1 week to spend there, anybody know where i can go ?

It depends where in Jamaica, but in general, unless you stay in a secure resort or hotel, you really need to be careful!!! It's not the kind of place to go exploring on your own!
