Great place if you enjoy scuba diving a nice food. I was there for a couple of weeks. Prepare for some mosquitos in some places of the Island. Lots of fun by the blower holes by the beach.

Just came back from providencia. Well worth the visit for 4-5 days. All english speaking and the whole island knows each other, so small is it.

I've been to San Andres Island. Nice place, laid-back people, turquoise clear water,great for swimming and snorkeling, and the small islands off the shore are well worth a day trip. Or you also may go on a crazy salsa boat trip ;-)
