Yes, I was there this summer. The monastery, the church, the museum, the library and the gardens that overlook the Danube are wonderful. Besides, I bought some apricot liquor and local wine.

To all my old and new friends all over the world :)

I am overwhelmed - I barely find the words to describe how I feel. Maybe it's like flying or being a shining star :) I really won the competition for the trip to Galapagos.
It is my dream since I was a little kid - I never missed one documentary :) even though back then I could not even think to be there one day... I heard so beautiful things about Galapagos. About lying in the grass and that the finches sit on you because they never felt any harm and so they are curious and not scared. I heard stories about the big ancient tortoises and the iguana... And last not least about the amazing fish like hammerhead sharks over there... On my last trip I was close to that paradise but I didn't have enough money to go and I knew about the restrictions (limited visitors etc). But I never stopped dreaming about it.
Then out of the blue I found out about this great competition to win a trip to Galapagos. As you can imagine I didn't hesitate to enter! I posted the link on my facebook wall and ask all my friends to click it... Just click/vote for a friends dream - it doesn't hurt and is free :)
Then one night few weeks later I came home from a job reading my emails - and found the email of Pokin telling me I was seriously in the finals... I was shocked - I thought it was spam. But I followed the link and found my picture with the 'Vote me' button next to it. So that was real and for me that was the initial point where I started to pursue my dream with all the energy I had. Wining the Galapagos trip became a mission  - it became my priority No1 for three weeks! I could not think about anything else than wining that trip and therefore I started to open up fan clubs in facebook and ask old and new friends kindly to vote for me.... But imagine I already won during that competition  - I met the most interesting people all over the world and could become their friend :) I had great conversations and discussions I will not miss one day. But I have to admit I felt the exhaustion - for three weeks I never slept more than 5-6 hours. I took/take my friends serious but taking care and having great conversations was an almost 24h job. I really enjoyed that time :) I am glad that I made over 400 new friends, over 250 reviews and articles with photos and a facebook fan group with over 70 members in just three weeks! The feedback was amazing  -  had not expected that. It inspired me and people felt inspired by me and told me that - what more can you wish for?
Now I won and I am speechless!
And let me tell YOU - without all your support and faith I would not be here! You all made this miracle happen... And you proof my philosophy of life: Dream big! Have dreams and always pursue them - no matter what! Make your dreams to your priority! And have faith in yourself and in others :) And always give back as much as you can :)
Therefore I promise I will do the best photos and blog and hopefully video :)
I also wanna thank the other competitors - you were great and it was a hard but fair competition. I feel honored to be the one and I will do everything to proof you all I am worth it :) I surely will never forget this three weeks  - there are a part of me now!

Thank you! Love, dreams and sunshine to all of you, Su :)
