Panama Questions

Help with Panama City to Bocas Del Toro by bus. Do I go directly to Almirante & take a boat to Bocas or to David and then a bus to Almirante & Boat 2 Bocas? Does it matter what time of day I leave? I heard Almirante was not a place to be at night. How long is the trip? How much is the bus/ferry? Any advice I have not thought to ask? Thank you.

I been there for my work in Panama city and in balboa i am working for à Fred ING company Jan de nul it was not for holiday
