How about Matsumoto Castle in Japan while snowing?

Matsumoto castle is one of the few remaining castles in Japan with the original wooden structure largely in tact. Along with Himeji, near Okayama, it is one of the great castle destinations in Japan

japanese castles looks really amazing then but i dont like cold so i will go to matsumoto in summer (i mean next week :)

Very nice! You can see Matsumoto castle with snow in only winter season. I think that you've already seen the picture of sunny day's Matsumoto castle. so when snow fall, you can see the another face of Matsumoto castle.

Very nice day trip from Tokyo, but wear war clothes in winter... freezing cold!

It was an amazing castle when we saw it in May but it would even be more beautiful in the winter when it is snowing. Matsumoto would be a great base for exploration of the Japanese alps.
