take minivan from Victory Monument area if you do not have many stuffs. It' much cheaper than taxi and more convenience than bus.

I took a bus from the Eastern Bus Terminal in Bangkok. 3 hours ride and cost about 100 Baht

taxi! is quite cheap, last time i took one from Bkk airport.

Mmmm I went there on a Cruise and it was only half hour drive from Laem Chebang... I heard it is easier to go from the airport :) sorry that I don´t have more info about that
