bus service is the best, you get off from the train in centrale and downstairs you find busses. They are all with air condition and the service perfect. In 50 minutes you arrive @ Malpensa terminal.

Busservice definately is the best. Also, there's Malpensa Express to take you to Milano.

There is a train service, it is called "Malpensa Express". The last time I got back to Milan it was 11 euro. It's about 45 minutes and it stops in Cadorna. Then you can take the subway (green line) to Centrale, there are 5 stops and it take around 10 minutes in the rush hours.

Your best bet is to take the Malpensa Express from Centrale or Cadornna and you would be at the airport in 35 minutes.
One way ticket costs €11 per person.

there are buses or trains.
the cheapest way is taking the bus fom malpensa to milano centrale station: it takes 45/60 minutes.
the fastest way is the train that connect malpensa with cadorna triennale station: 30 minutes

If you really want the train, as others have said you'll have to take the express to Cadorna (€11 each way, €14.50 if you complete the round trip on the same day). Once you get to Cadrona, you buy another ticket for the metro (€1, from a machine or any newsstand), then take the green line to Centrale. If you luck out and get a direct train to Cadrona, it takes half an hour. The trains with intermediate stops take over 40. Then allow at very least 15 minutes for getting to the metro, buying a ticket, getting a train and arriving at Centrale.
Direct buses cost €5.50 and takes anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour (or more if traffic is really bad).

Bus is faster and cheaper. With the train you have to change.
