i think that i have been in 12 countries:Austria Belgium,France,USA,Holland,England,Italia,Roumania,Switzerland,Hungary,Germany,Luxembourg. i don't think that the most important is the number of country where you went to but just what you see and discover ! good traveling every one

I would guess its more useful to think about what we get out of our travels...Of course its cool to have been around, but if that means a day or two in each capitol its not exactly like youve BEEN to the country...Personally ive been to 24 countries, but Norway and Australia are probably the only countries I really know. I agree with Nils ;)

Is this important? Vatican State and China these are both countries and would accordingly count for two..

46, and all 7 continents to go with. There are so many places left though that it seems almost pointless counting. Every place i go is different so I got to just keep going to new places to check them out too!

Check my profile, ha ha. I have been to around 35 countries, and will be visiting 3 more in January - UAE, Sri Lanka and Maldives. I figure it's good to visit the Maldives now, before they are swamped by rising oceans because of global warming.

I have visited Italy(where I live) , switzerland, austria, belgium, germany, holland, norway, france, portugal, kenya, egypt, united states... I think the most beautiful were Kenya and the US west, all the national parks...amazing!! But of course, every place has its charm, I think! I also love European cities, I love art and monuments... I don't know...hope this was useful!

Useful? I dont know.. I think its interesting to visit all 'civilized, first-world-countries' but that way you wil never know how incredibly beautiful and an open the other countries are!! I must say that I would always prefer countries like Ecuador, Mozambique, Argentina and so on. The wild and rather pure (not THAT much traveller)...
