15 years ago you probably would've been looking at 20-30 dollars, but around 40'ish sounds about right at the moment. My family used to own a Christmas Tree patch so i never had to pay for trees before! But it's definitely the best way to go, much fresher and it reduces a lot of waste since not all pre-cut trees are actually sold. Starting in late November, early December, we see massive trucks of newly cut trees being transported for shipping and chances are good most will start to drop their needles long before you get it home for Christmas. Fresh is the way to go!
