Moroccan views is a good budget company to do travel with. I did a shorter 2 day trip, but would recommend them for budget travel. There are also a few places offering tours just off the main square in Marrakech, but beware of 'back street' tour operators - make sure they are a reputable company.

I would not book a tour! I would take the bus to get from marrakech to ouarzazate (budget).
from ouarzazate you can either take a taxi to the erg chigaga (these are the dunes in the drâa valley) or you can take a bus to erfoud and further to rissani to see the erg chebbi. in rissani you can take a grand taxi and drive to merzouga, where you get the cheapest and best trip into the desert. but mind the faux guides.. they can be really strongheaded...
we did it all by bus, grand taxi and minibus, the gorges are wonderfull to and you can take the minibus in boumalne du dadés for the dadés gorge, and the grand taxi in tinerhir for the todra gorge.

Google My Morocco Tour. They do excellent semi private tours.

Here´s my piece of advice: Rent a normal car in Marrakesh, drive up and down the atlas,in direction to Ouarzazate (amazing road), follow the road to Erfoud, in Erfoud follow the road to Merzouga, in Merzouga find a place called Atlas du Sable, there you can stay the night and rent a nice 4x4 trip in the Sahara Desert, have fun, then return to Marrakesh.
ps:stick to the Saraha trip idea, not enough time to see the gorges or Zagora, you will do it when you return, yes, you will return :)

Kumuka has so many tours, and they're very good. Prices include food, accommodation and most activities.

S'Tours - dmc@stours.co.ma - is a reliable travel agency. You can also try and arrange a deal while you're in Marrakech but be sure to do it from trusted source. Whatever you do, don't self drive into the desert without a guide. By the way, it's the Chebbi Erg and the dunes you refer must be Mhamid, not far from Zagora.

I made this trip in four days: Marrakech - Ouarzazate - Agdz - Mhamid - Erg Chegaga - Iriki lake - Ouarzazate - Telouet - Marrakech. All bij 4x4 + guide with al lot (+/- 65%) off-road. A night in a partialy renovated Kasbah, a night in the Sahara and a night in an apartment in Ouarzazate. De guide+car costs 130 euro's a day. If you can split that with other people, it's nog expensive. Food + shelter was around 30 euro a person, including dinner and breakfast. A friend-of-a-friend arranged it all: Cheikh Boudkour 00212661739516 / simsam2000@hotmail.com He and the guide both spoke enough english (learned from tourists).

Hey hey! It's called Erg Chebbi, not Cheggi.
You can do the todra gorges end merzouga easly in 4 days but I don't know about Zamora dunes. I'm sure u can find agency to take u from Marrakesh but you can also rent a car (carefull, police will try to fine u all the time but just say u only accept to pay in the "police comisaire", say u don't have the money with u. they are forbidden to fine turist so they will not take u to the police station.. they just trying to get a free lunch for the all week.
U can also go in a Grand Taxi. Bargle in the begging. The cheapest way to go is in the grand taxi that goes 6 person.. that's the pure morroco ahahhaah It's up to you!!
Have fun... Salem salem malaiko!!!

Sounds like a lot in 4 days. Do you speak French or Arabic? I went on a two day excursion in the High Atlas Mtns to visit The Burburs and nobody knew English. The trip was priced reasonable. I just walked up to a travel agency place on a main road in Marrakech. Good Luck.
