I lived in Cuma, near Lago Patria from 2006-2010. Get a house with good security system and buy a big dog. They are afraid of big dogs.....I am not kidding. We were only robbed once, but we slept right through it. They steal things, but they are not violent. I never heard of any friends while there that were ever hurt. Naples is a city that you will either Love or Hate...there is no in between. I loved it, but it took a while to adapt to it. Good luck.

Yeah keep your walet in your front pocket, and stay away from the kids in the streets. Just think of it as the south bronx during the 70's.

@Antoinette K. Already here. Got the house of the guy i changed here in Qualiano. Very nice and very good price. Everybody had told me NOT to stay in Lagopatria especially since we dont have kids. Thanx for your answer.
