    Ko Chang Questions

    Is there a boat or ferry that leaves from Koh Chang Thailand to Shianoukville Cambodia? I've heard there was but it stopped in 2008 and I'd like to know if anyone has any new news on getting to Shianoukville Cambodia from Thailand. Visa cost and boat or bus cost, are taxis needed in between?

    there is a boat, but it is an illegal immigrant one, which nobody knows about. You have to go to Trat from Koh Chang, then go to the border at Khlong Yai, then pay money to Cambodian immigration about 1300baht for Cambodia visa, then go to Koh Kong. From Koh Kong you can catch a boat or bus to Sihanoukville
