No, you have to get them one by one. Cambodia normally you get it on entry, depending on your nationality, Laos you have to get in advance. Vietnam also in advance. All of them are nice, my favorite is Cambodia

i'm from the u.s. i was traveling to thailand-cambodia-vietnam-laos-thailand. thailand - no problem. i got the cambodian visa upon arrival at the airport. then the hostel i stayed at arranged the vietnam and laotian visas with in a day or two. i got my passport back from them and everything went smoothly. i didn't have to get anything before i got to cambodia. just bring about 50 passport size photos with you at all times when traveling.
