No, you will need to get the vietnam visa in advance. you can choose if you want multiple entries to vietnam or just one. check with your local vietnamese embassy on how to apply and plan some time for this.
i got the one for cambodia at the border just as everybody in the group. just bring 25$ and a picture with you for that one.

No, you have to get them one by one. Cambodia normally you get it on entry, depending on your nationality, Laos you have to get in advance. Vietnam also in advance. All of them are nice, my favorite is Cambodia

i'm from the u.s.
i was traveling to thailand-cambodia-vietnam-laos-thailand. thailand - no problem.
i got the cambodian visa upon arrival at the airport. then the hostel i stayed at arranged the vietnam and laotian visas with in a day or two. i got my passport back from them and everything went smoothly. i didn't have to get anything before i got to cambodia. just bring about 50 passport size photos with you at all times when traveling.

If you're from the US, you'll need to arrange your Vietnam visa beforehand, and you can get the Cambodian one at the border. Laos can be arranged from either country.
We got our Vietnamese visas in China in about 2 days.

I've heard that it depends on where you are from whether you need a visa to Vietnam or not. You should get the info from you country foreign ministry site...at least I have the info for Icelanders from there.

Have to get it one by one. All of them have visa on entrance, that mean you can do it at the landing
