I strongly recommend staying downtown.. as it's close to everything.. how about Lord Hotel.. cheap and close to shops, taxis, the Opera HOuse etc.

Fiquei em um Hotel da Rede Arcor. Bom, confortável, e preço acessível. Mas fica um pouco afastado do centro. Precisa usar táxi.
