Had a great time in Vic Falls in Zimababwe. We stayed in a really nice hotel, Elephant Hills. Went bungee jumping, elephant riding, skydiving, but the best thing I thought was walking with the lions.
Also the Boma restaurant is a real experience if you are not vegatarian. You can try all sorts of wild meat and it is a real show with traditional song and dance.
And of course go check out the falls. Also I really wanted to go rafting, but the water levels were too high for this when I was there. It is a bit more expensive as you have to use USD for everything.
Lots of wild animals cruising around, we saw a group of elephants on the way home from the pub!

Have been to Zimbabwe but not to Victoria Falls. One very important fact to remember is to bring US currancy for all that you do. They do not have thier own currancy. If you don't have US currancy, you can trade South African Currancy. The country is not set up to use credit cards, and banks are hard to find.

You can also bungee jump off a bridge directly above the falls, I liked climbing down through the jungle down to the base of the waterfall, its amazing to go through all the vegetation, seeing the local flora and fauna, and passing through the various streams along the way. Be weary of "tour guides" on your way down the descent, they will act like they are going to just help you, but will expect you to pay them when you get to the bottom, Ive seen many uneducated tourists fall for this trap. Also, sailing on the Zambezi River for a sundowner is equally as amazing! You'll see alot of hippos, giraffes, and zebra along the way. Also one more thing, on your way to the Falls be careful of baboons, they like to steal food and cameras, and jewelry, just watch your stuff along the way.

Best time to visit is after the rainy season (April-May) Lots of water in the Zambezi river, and the falls are realy mighty.
Don't forget to have a walk in the Vic.Falls townships. No tourists, but very interesting. Eat some sadza with stew or chicken in the local restaurant.

Loved Victoria Falls, a lot of activities to do and the falls are great in the rainy season with high waters the most impressive falls I've seen so far. Staying in Victoria Falls are pricy as Zimbabwe has no currency and all is priced in US Dollar. Enjoy

Victoria Falls is especially impressive during the rainy season, but sometimes it can be hard to see anything of the falls due to the mist it whips up. Bring a good reaincoat as you will be soaking wet when walking the trail.
Victoria Falls town is nothing special and everything can easily be seen on a day trip from somewhere else.

See the Zambian side as well! And while your there, jump off the bridge between Zim and Zam for the 111m bungi jump. Really fantastic and must see sight. It really is "the smoke that thunders".
