Start in S. Ambrogio's basilica, see the Mausoleum for WWII and the Università Cattolica next to it, then walk towards the Castle. From here follow the main lane to Duomo, see the shopping area of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and the Fashion Quadrilatero. Have a coffee at Cova in v. Montenapoleone, one of Milan's oldest cafés. Return to piazza Duomo, walk along via Torino, more shopping (cheaper here) and get to San Lorenzo's Basilica by the Roman Columns. Here there are plenty of places to have aperitivo and enjoy the evening. You can also have a ice cream and sit in the piazza, which is nice at sunset.

You can visit, Duomo, Pinacoteca di Brera, Castello Sforzesco, Pinacoteca Ambrosiana (with the original Codice Atlantico draw of Leonardo Da Vinci), if you made a reservation you can also visit the Last Supper of Leonardo Da Vinci site in Santa Maria delle Grazie, or maybe you ca do some shopping

It depends what you like to do. Milan is known for shopping. It has a lot of expensive stores. Apart from that, the only thing historical is the Gothic Duomo (very close to the heart of the shopping district). You don't need more than a day in Milan to absorb what draws people there.

Take train to como(half a hour) and visit Como lake, great nature

First san siro, then take city train and use it to go and look around till you get to the center, there is huge museum, duomo and it will be night till you finish that...
