What cities and locations are the best to visit in Colombia? I am looking to see and do things that are unique to Colombia. Stuff that i can only see there or do there? thanks

I agree Cartagena ( go the mud volcano it is so funny), Tagang... The best of all : sleep on a hammock in Tayrona National park!

Along the coast head up to Santa Marta / Tayrona NP. Be sure to visit San Augustin Archaeological Park. Spend time in Cartagena for sure.

Yes, along the coast...Cartagena, Santa Marta and Taganga is beautyfull. Parque Tayrona is a must.

River Rafting in the crazy rapids of Suarez river in San Gil is worth every penny. Do not miss the world`s second longest ZIP-LINE. Flying in the middle of the andes was just SUBLIME. That was in Chicamocha National Park. 1 hour from San Gil. Santander province.

From Cartagena, you can take a boat to one of the Rosario islands (less than one hour trip) and spend a few days in a perfect caribean beach. I've been to San Pedro de Majagua, a nice quiet hotel by the beach. Adorable!

Cartagena and Tayrona Park are nice (North Coast). Villa de Leyva (Center). It's a colonial city... the enviroment there is great. There are a lot of places... but must spend time because not always are close among them.
