    The main international airport is Bucharest-Otopeni (opened in 1970), located just over 10 miles from central Bucharest. Constanta – Mihail Kogalniceanu, Timisoara, Arad, Sibiu, Suceava also have international airports. www.europevia.org

    It's goota be the old center - Lipscani. It really has a lot of the ambiance of the old city. The architecture is also quite nice.
