OffRoading is the best way to see it. If you have a 4 wheeler even better! Just bring a ton of water

Hey Michela! I really enjoyed Canyonlands last year and had a short time like you. I actually camped nearby at Dead Horse State park. My favourite hike was watchign the sun rise at Mesa Arch in Canyonlands...amazing setting and location. For a full day there are plenty of other hikes to do as well, plus you'd want to go to the Needles Overlook for great views. Stop by Dead Horse State Park too though, it's pretty much on the way and also has some nice scenery.
