My best recommendation is to get on one of the Hop-on-hop-off tours. They have a tour guide and you get to see most of the famous spots. From the bus, you can always get off at any of the locations that interest you. The London Dungeon was a great attraction!

Go to Camden Market, save your money for a big red bus tour and catch a normal bus its cheaper and better.
For a good view over London St. Pauls Cathedral (cheaper than london Eye)
Make the Southwalk walk. Ride the London Eye. Make iceeskating around the Tower of London.
The National Gallery is a good museum for art and the Natural History museum is fantastic.
Watch teh changing of the guards at Buckingham palace at 11oclock and last but not least a insider tip. Go to soho. Nice and funnny market and crazy people.
For clubbing join a pub crawl. you get free shots and free entry for a payment of 12Pound.
or go on yourself to the Rought Nice club (my favorit) or the Metropolitan (biggest club in London)
Hope i could help you.
