My favorite beach is Mirissa. Inland, my favorite place is Ella. Absolutely GORGEOUS hill country, green, lush, tea plantations everywhere, small village-feel, lovely little roti shops, fantastic hiking. Go up Ella Rock.

Definitely try go to YALA PARK for safari trip,get good camera and pillow to sit on -) the ride gets rough sometimes-) but its worth it .U will have to book a Jeep with an experienced driver since u not allowed to go on foot.It`s FUN!!!!!! Wild animals all over you!!!!.Jeeps are open so it brings quite a big chill knowing that there are no actual barriers between u and an animals!!!Enjoy!!
