London and Berlin are the most similar, I guess. But Stockholm is also great, although smaller.

the question ask for a city that has a similar look not the same look or either better or worse look, just a similar look...and most of the people who had been in those places told me that Buenos Aires looks more like Madrid...and some parts just like Paris, like the neighborhood "La Recoleta" Of course visiting any of these beautiful places just for a day or two, won't give you that idea of the similar look, however if you live in Buenos Aires or Madrid for couple years then you will see them more similar stuff than different although Buenos Aires is way to young comparing to Madrid or Paris. In my opinion it is almost impossible not to find beauty in any of these cities unless you are not an observant an open mind visitor.

definatley Moscow. It has tons of stores and restaurants plus some beautiful buildings and Red Quare. It's very modern. I have been to Paris and NYC as well and can tell you that Moscow is similar
