I have to agree with some of the others who replied. Anything that Gaudi created is just amazing to look at. Parc Guell is almost unreal; it is like being in a fairytale with little gingerbread houses all around you. : ] I also would reccomend that you take the cable car up the moutain and have a look at the Palace. There is a beautiful view once you get to the top! Have fun!

in 3 days if you are well organised, you can see everything. but don´t miss the Mont Juic and olympic villa area, park guell, sagrada familia as weel (don´t enter. there´s nothing) and barcelonetta if you go in summer. the beach is great! Remember to buy a T10, where you combine metro, bus and trains. Enjoy and then let me know!

I think that you must visit the sagrada familia, parc güell, the ramblas, and casa milá, casa batlló and casa atmetlló (they are in the same street). I guess you can visit them with the tour bus. You should also go to see the cathedral and walk over those streets, I really like them. And if you have time you can relax a little in the beach or go to Santa maria del mar church! good luck in Barcelona!

Sagrada Familia is imo not so amazing inside. You have to spend a lot of time (2 hours or more) getiing to the top to see nothing special. Hmm.. Gaudi Park for sure!:)

Take your pick from all these answers, there's so much to see- and it's easy to get around. BUT- be alert for pickpockets, we were not victims but know several who have been. Take care of your wallet.

Take one morning/afternoon to walk down the Rambla: stop at palau de la Virreina (always good expositions), Boqueria market, plaza Reial, Colomb. DO NOT EAT OR DRINK ON THE RAMBLA, there are only tourists traps! Then walk up the Rambla, passeig de Gracia to visit some Gaudi's houses and Rambla de Catalunya for some shopping. I would have a second day visiting the Cathedral in Barrio Gotico, walk there, the la Ribeira, the Born area with a nap in the Ciutadella Park. Finish the second day on Barceloneta beach. Good paella in the neighborhood. Third day, go walking in the Park Guëll and up to the Sagrada Familia. Evening near the Rambla del Raval.

I think the best thing to do is take a 2 day pass on the hop-on, hop-off bus tour which will stop you in all the places of interest suggested above. Parc Guell is interesting and offers wonderful views, Sagrada Familia (although I don't think it's worth going inside), Casa Mila, and of course las Ramblas and the Barrio Gotico - try the restaurant Quatre Gats or go to the Ovella Negra (an ancient underground watering hole). Also if you happen to be there on a weekend, there is a spectacular fountain light and sound show (magic fountains) in front of the National Museum of Catalunya (you'll pass by it on the tour). Also for a good night club you can go on Montjuic to Poble Espanol (which by day is a miniature Spanish village museum, but by night becomes a club). Also if you want nice panoramic views of the city and the water, you may want to consider taking the blue trolley up to Tibidabo - there's a fun little amusement park up there to. Anyway...enjoy:)
