Islas Cíes (Cies Islands) in Galicia, Spain. They are restricted because it is also a National Park... but if you follow the Galician coast, you will find little beaches to enjoy as well!

The whole south coast of Portugal is worth visiting. They may not have the most fancy bars or best restaurants but the nature at seaside is stunning. If you would go to the Algarve, try to visit Carvoeiro. The have a beach called 'Playo di Paradiso'= paradise beach. It's a small bay with only a few people but sooooo beautiful. My favorite in Europe!
