This topic may be a bit old and answered, but the last answer was wrong. The Hague is north and slightly west of Rotterdam (not south). The Hague is roughly between Rotterdam and Amsterdam by the coast.

hey The Hague is with the car from amsterdam 45 minutes . train almost the same ,, the hague is a very big place , nice shopping centre and nice side seeings , enough hotels in centre , from the centre to the train is 5 minutes walk and when u got the train station u can go everywhere :D...

Hey there! The Hague / Den Haag is a city on the western edge of The Netherlands. It is about 1 hour by train from Amsterdam.

The Hague is at the south of Rotterdam, only about 20 minutes by car or train from Rotterdam. The Dutch gouvernment has her seat in the Hague. Also fron The Hague it's only a short way the the beach (Scheveningen).

It's close to Amsterdam and a bike ride away from the North Sea. Also, the International war crimes tribunal is there. Very pretty area!
