There are so many great places to eat. My advise is maybe when you go to the city centre go see some restaurants to see if it's anything you like. There are so many good ones near the "Grote Markt" and also a wide variety of restaurants.

Favourite and famous places (but do make a reservation) are Karmozijn and De Lachende Javaan Also liked the tapas on Grote Markt, but forgot its name Also, try the website www.iens.nl, you can probably figure out the Dutch and it will show ratings.

You might want to try Lambermon's which is in the Centrum in a building that was once a brewer's house. Cool!
