I usually try www.globetrotter.ch and then "Flüge online buchen". I normally get the best results there. Otherwise you check the airlines which still have free seats with one of the proposed sites and then try to book the ticket directly with the airline

I usually book with opodo (www.opodo.de). That way I found the cheapest flights for my destinations after comparing with different other websites.

Forget all advices. It depends from where you come from. First of all check the flight schedule of the swiss airports to know which connections exist. Then check the lowest price with ebookers.de (a little cheaper than ebookers.ch). Then check the lowcost flights separately. Than book the cheapest flight directly on the airline's site. Be careful with ryanair, they make a lot of surcharges and are very consequent with overweight and check-in-times!

easyjet, ryanair, aerlingus are three cheap airlines. I also suggest checking expedia or other travel search websites and comparing (the first three generally are not included in those searches, so check all to compare)
