About M'zab Valley
About 10 km long, the M'Zab valley was first inhabited in the 10th century. It is a UNESCO World Heritage site famous for its architecture that has been well preserved through the ages. The region is inhabited by the Ibadi, a branch of the Muslim sect of Kharijis.
