About Ofu Island
Ofu Island is primarily notable for its outstanding beach. Ofu Beach is certainly one of the best in the region, if not the world. It consists of a 4km stretch of palm-lined white sandy beach. There is also an encircling reef that covers Ofu and the neighbouring Olosega Island.
Other things to do on Ofu include viewing the excavation remains of the To'aga site, where archaeologists found an amazing amount of historical Samoan artifacts. There is also a nice dayhike to the top of 1,500 ft tall Mt. Tumutumu, which offers excellent views of the surrounding area. Payment Accepted:
