You can potentially get some small souvenirs from other research stations around Antarctica, but this is the spot to go to mail some Postcards from Antarctica! It's not very big...and lies on a pretty desolate looking rocky outcrop. When we got here the sea was too rough to actually land on the island ourselves, we had to actually send one crew member with a bag full of postcards for us!

Port Lockroy is a British research station on the Antarctic peninsula. As far as I know, it is the only place on the peninsula to buy souvenirs.

Cool, in the ultimate sense of the word; as we arrived by Polar Cirkel boat, it was snowing a blizzard. The penguins kept us amused for the entire stay.
