If you go To the central square by day, you'll find the best market to buy anything produced in Jujuy. If you go by night, you'll find a lot of food places, with the best and cheapest food ever, such as salchipapas, panchuque, brochette... Also, it's where the night fun starts, with people dancing and singing, and an itinerary ban that goes from one peña to another collecting people on their way. Tilcara is beautiful and so much fun, and also has the most gentile persons I've ever known.
