You can park either at the park by the beach or up top on Mossy Point, where you have the advantage of view to see where the waves are - then it's a simple matter of following the path down and a quick paddle across the channel.

There is a lovely right hander that, if you get there at the right time (just after low tide), you can ride for ages along the whole curve of the bay. Suitable mostly for longer boards, occasionally you'll get some bigger, faster swell. Start at the inlet mouth, avoiding the boats. Can get crowded on week-ends.
