Bollocks - Rundle Mall is exaclty 12.2 kms from the beach. It is the main pedestrian shopping drag in Adelaide and has most of all shops that all major Australian cities offer. You can also visit the historical 'malls balls', note the architecture of John Martins, the Bee's Corner and Adelaide Arcade.

Rundle Street Mall is for pedestrian traffic only. You can see the Mall's Balls, the pigs of Rundle Street Mall, the Fountain, many street vendors, mega malls, souvenir shops, the Adelaide Arcade which is lined with many shops. So much to see and do, and many ways to spend money.
