The largest beach on the Murray, Thompsons Beach, is located in Cobram and is very easily accessed. Thompsons Beach is a lovely spot to soak up the tranquillity of the river running by and is also a great meeting point for hikers heading out to explore Quinn Island.

Nice river, which is like a beach as it has sand. I went to a concert here a few years ago which was great fun. It is surrounded by forest too.
