Hi there, I think the Golden Roof is an important spot in Innsbruck and it needs to be visited!! We went there years ago with our school class but be aware that u shouldnt be afraid of height. The staircase is quite steep and I was soo afraid but I managed to go upstairs and come back down again.. The view up there is amazing!! I really recommend that place in Innsbruck.

I dont know why this is ment to be a must see attraction. All i found was dissapointed faces. The citry itself was a very good experience but i dont think you should go rushing off to see the roof anytime soon. But while you are there try fit it in.

Make a quick stop in Innsbruck and check out the roof. It is much smaller than you are probably expecting it to be. The pedestrian zone near the Dachl is overpriced. Head up the street about two blocks for better food cheaper.
