Have you ever wondered what it is like to be a zoo animal? If you are a white girl wearing a sari at Dhaka Zoo, you will be sure to find out! Be prepared for people to stare at you, follow you and practice their English on you. The zoo is a little disappointing by western standards. It has the usual range of animals but many are in small cages. The reason why I have rated this as four stars is that without people visiting, there will be less funds for animal care.
