Antwerp has a bit of everything. A beautiful Cathedral, a castle, lots of shops and good restaurants, like Gringo's cantina at thé Kaai --> excellent mexican restaurant (and cheap too) Antwerp is multicultureel without too many problems. Some famous musea: MAS, Rubens' huis. There's also a walking tunnel by which you can walk beneath the large river. It's beautifully made, a nice walk and a great view of the city from thé other side. Almost forgot; thé train station is stunning. Definately one of the ultimate train stations in the world. The entrance hall (near the Zoo) is breath-taking. I promis.

A lovely city with a fantastic old square, cathedral and city hall. I would recommend staying 2 nights to ensure you see everything you want to see. Currently work is being undertaken to regenerate the docks area, which in a couple of years will look brilliant. If you visit the docks area now, a visit to the MAS art museum is well worth it, especially as the top floor has excellent views across the city.

It has it's moments. But basicly it's much less attractive than e.g. Brussels, Gent or Bruges. The catedral and castle are nice, the town hall also but beside this I would say that there is nothing extraordinary. Like I said it has it's moments - but it more about the hidden places not the main tourist attractions. If you have enough time than it's maybe worth a day in it, if not skip it.

Home of gems and a beautiful train station. There is an interesting church which conducts tours by students about the various sections of the church and it's decorations. Don't forget to try the frit and mayo in a cafe in one of the towns squares.
Also if you google the sound of music in Antwerpen railway station. It is an interesting performance, like a flashmob.

It's nice and a good place to do some shopping. You should definitely go and see the cathedral,, it's quite impressive. I think Antwerpen is nice for a day or two, but I wouldn't spent more than that. Two days is enough to see everything.
