The most beautiful station of western Europ. Look at the 19th century-tickethall, an immense temple wiith the inner heigth of a normal churchtower, while the new, partially underground train hall is a wonder of concrete-architecture. The side-floors carry trains!

Probably my favorite trainstation, gorgous building, built in the times when stations were ment to impress the visitors. This one still impresses travelers today, it is just so bombastic and yet elegant. Not a big fan of the area around the station.

In 2009 it was beautifully renovated. It is even listed as the one of most beautiful trainstations in the world. The combination of 19th and 21st century architecture is stunning.
