after the renovation this square has become a great place to have a drink in the summer or to go to the markets on saturday and sunday where you can find many authentic products and especially in saturday products from all over the world

The whole square and surrounded area has been renovated in the past few years. It is seen as the cultural heart of Antwerp. On sunday there is the 'vogeltjesmarkt' and on saturday there is an exotic market both definitely worth a visit.

Ugly new roof with too many poles, attached to an even more ugly building. The only good thing is the market on weekends

All kinds of olives, goat cheese, fresh pasta, cakes, .... you find it all at the market in the heart of Antwerp!
